Players(s) who score a Hole-In-One on the designated hole, in accordance with the tournament rules and regulations during the one (1) day tournament round of the event, will win a BMW car.

A player must complete all 18-holes during the one (1) day tournament round of the event, in order to be eligible for the hole-in-one prize.

​

In the event more than one (1) person score a hole-in-one during the one (1) day tournament round of the event, the prize will be shared among all the winners.

​

The prize has to be redeemed within three (3) months from the date of the tournament, failing which, the prize will be forfeited.

 

Terms and conditions for the Acceptance and Delivery of the Hole-In-One Prize Car.

1. The car must be registered in the winner’s name.

2. The winner shall not sell to any person(s) or advertise the sale of the Hole-In-One Prize Car (”Prize Car”) until the Prize Car has been duly registered in the winner’s name.

3. The Prize Car does not include insurance coverage, payment of local taxes or fees (“Payable Sum”) and the winner shall be responsible for providing the necessary documents to enable registration of the Prize Car as well as settle the Payable Sum.

4. Upon completion of the registration of the car, the Prize Car will be prepared and delivered to or collected by the winner from QAF Auto Sdn Bhd, subject to its applicable terms and conditions.

5. The model and colour of the Prize Car is subject to stock availability at the point of claim.  Specifications of the car are fixed and unchangeable.

6. The Prize Car must be insured with BMW Comprehensive Motor Insurance which is underwritten by the appointed insurance provider.

7. Any special request is subject to the approval of QAF Auto Sdn Bhd and the insurance provider at their sole discretion and the decision of QAF Auto Sdn Bhd and the insurance provider shall be final and binding.

8. By accepting the Prize Car, the winner hereby agrees and consents to the winner’s name, comments, photograph or such other recording or filming being featured for publicity and advertising purposes without further compensation and notice.

9. The Prize Car is accepted, used and/or taken entirely at the sole risk of the winner at all times, and QAF Auto Sdn Bhd and the insurance provider excludes all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the prize to the extent permitted by law.

10. QAF Auto Sdn Bhd and the insurance provider reserve the absolute right to substitute or replace the Prize Car with another of similar value at any time without any prior notice.  The Prize Car is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, or for any other prize(s) prior to registration of the Prize Car to the winner.

11. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, levies or charges payable in respect of the Prize Car awarded to the winner.

12. QAF Auto Sdn Bhd and the insurance provider reserves the right to examine the winner’s claim for entitlement of the prize.

13. By participating in the Hole-In-One and accepting the Prize Car, the winner agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions hereinabove and that the decision of QAF Auto Sdn Bhd and the insurance provider shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Hole-In-One. Further queries or appeals shall not be entertained.
